hey Joanne, this depends upon how incredibly hot your kitchen is. I'd suggest putting them during the fridge for fifteen-twenty minutes or while in the freezer for five minutes. just make confident if you choose them out from the fridge/freezer they're not gentle. Reply You will need THIS
